Where To Start Autoimmunity Outline

I get asked more times than not, "Where to start?" Finding out the truth about what actually caused disease in autoimmune patients can be overwhelming to say the very least. Heavy metal toxicity, mold toxicity, parasites, Lyme, EBV, SIBO, leaky gut, reverse curve of the neck, etc. This can be overwhelming just looking into one aspect of the true causes of autoimmunity. Wanting all of the answers now without the hours of research to figure out who to trust. I truly get it that is why I started this website. I am now available to those who want the quicker option, from someone who has done all the footwork, hours of research, and learning.

The funny part is telling an individual to start here does not always work. They question the why or start to recall all of the information believed prior. The truth is just starting anywhere will be better than staying in a stagnate stand still. I always start with the body has become toxic, because it is the truth. Without a doubt, their is definitely a better order to start that causes less stress on the body. Understanding how all of these toxins and traumas work together, is the key to reversing their damage.

Diet is the beginning. Plants heal and herbs even more so. Getting in a good daily dose of plant based Omega 3's in a complete form is crucial to healing. Since Omega 6's cancel the healing benefits of the Omega 3's they will need to be limited. Omega 6's are found in nuts, seeds, animal products, oils(with the exception of flaxseed oil). Cruciferous vegetables are powerhouses in healing the body. However, if you have MTHFR gene mutation with sulfa allergies, limiting these powerhouses will be necessary.

Increasing digestive health would be next. Digestion is crucial to absorption of nutrients, killing viruses, killing parasites, and so much more. Healing leaky gut is a long process that can not be rushed. Getting the digestion system to function the way it was designed to do starting with the thought of food, preparation of food, and the mouth. Much like a dog with its tongue sticking out dripping with saliva, is how your mouth should be before you ever take a bite of food.

Removing heavy metals is next in the list for so many more reasons than I am going to state here today. Heavy metals damage cell function, hormone transportation, annihilate tissue, and feed the invaders. Gently removing these from the body slowly is key. Heavy metals are not one to have an aggressive approach to. Aggressively removing these will have dire consequences to your body.

Mold has been around since the beginning of time yet it makes number four on my list. Mold has become an issue for humans now due to lack of proper digestion, EMF's making mold grow at exponential numbers, and Lyme. Mold spores can be inhaled and grow in the lungs. Also mold can grow in the intestinal track when their is not enough stomach acid to remove it from the body. This has become a huge health problem causing a multitude of symptoms.

Number five is the one nobody wants to admit they have, parasites. They look disgusting and the thought of having a live worm like bug moving around inside of you is just gross! These parasites need a host and they enter where they feel welcome. Plenty of food, bile, heavy metals, mold, all their favorite snacks in one spot. These bugs eat and poop. The poop becomes a toxin to the body causing even more distress. Dark circles under the eyes, itchy butt, sleepless nights, craving foods, hungry shortly after eating are all signs parasites have taken up residence.

Viruses are at the bottom of the list, because they are only active when your body is weak. A great read on viruses is, "Good-bye Germ Theory" by Dr. William P. Trebing. This book explains how these bugs actually work.

Second to last, is any Dysbiosis or SIBO type issues. Most people want to start here and that is a mistake. All of the above is causing the imbalance so to try to treat it while the rest still exists inside the body is the wrong approach. Expect doing multiple treatments trying to treat this any sooner than step seven.

Lastly is leaky gut. While taking some calming herbs while treating the rest of the list is encouraged, the gut will not heal while the rest of the list above resides inside of the body.

Here is the solution to autoimmunity all laid out. Sure emotional trauma plays a role and other stressors that were not mentioned. My goal with my clients is to empower them to not need me in the end. The words from the great Hippocrates rings true here, "If you are not your own doctor, you are a fool." I am not shaming those that do not know how to help themselves or want a guide to hire like myself. I am simply stating that leaning a hundred percent of your health on someone else is a mistake.
