The human body was given everything it needs to survive and heal. Famine brings on Autophagy, whereas breath brings the Noble Prize Award winning research into Nitric Oxide that is an antiviral gas. Hold your breath and now you have made new stem cells with intermittent hypoxia, a.k.a. air hunger. When we start to understand that everything in us and around us is energy, life finally starts to make sense. Antioxidants actually transform into our electrons to feed the grid and rid the body of dangerous ROS's(Reactive Oxygen Species). You see, everything good for us feeds the energetic grid and everything bad for us damages it. It seems quit simple when I type it out here on this computer screen, but it is actually a very complicated process many have attempted to dissect. Maybe God's design wasn't made to be hacked. Just maybe life was made to be expressed, even experienced. I have spent so many of my life's hours attempting to break down disease to find "The Cure!" In order to truly find the antidot to life's ailment's, you have to truly understand what it is to live not simply exist.
I now radiate energy that can be felt near or far. I am connected with nature to the point I would never purposely take one energetic life no matter how insignificant it may seem. In my search for my health I found something so much greater than myself, I found frequencies; which is all life. I can not see the bugs on me or inside of me, but I now know they exist to support me. A beautiful exchange of life is being exchanged everyday from what we simply cannot sense with our limited capabilities. While Atheists try to prove a single God or multiple God's do not exist(I am not sure they have taken the time to disprove them all); I sit here wondering if they have watched the movement of nature like I have. To watch a mushroom grow overnight or a waterfall moving the earth below it or a swarm of Mud daubers floating above the ground or the shelter a tree provides in a wind storm or a kiddie pool full of growing tadpoles. Again I wonder, have they seen the movement of energy like I have? I use to think my health was a pill I would swallow, but now I see it as a single meaningful breath with intention that my exhale will provide nourishment to those it touches. Nature is a balance of giving and taking in coexistence.
Eb and Flow, we have seen in dance performances of the highest levels. A graceful movement over a hard surface with passion and purpose. Often these dances tell a story without ever speaking one word. Nature works exactly like the ever so popular winter seasoned," Nut Cracker." Much like our human bodies, nature works together to eb and flow. A life is taken to give to another then that waste provides for the earth absolutely nothing is meaningless or wasted. We live in a digital world I am desperately trying to stay connected to stay relevant in a moving field. What I actually want to do is be Wilson in the Tom Hanks movie," Cast Away." I understand how much simpler and convenient life maybe today, due to all the moving parts and digital progression. I just simply think it is a mistake to connect all of our energy to plastic keyboards and glass screens instead of the living earth. We have lost touch of what food even is or why it is necessary. Grabbing for the sugary drinks and crunchy potato snacks, because it provides happiness by spiking our dopamine receptors. The bright theatrical screens do the same by watching someone else's life play out. Is it a wonder we are all in pain and discomfort, when the majority of our hours are given away to the artificial grasses of life.
I am a Christian, so my belief is that God brought his son to die for us and our sins. He gave us freedom to choose right from wrong. The entire world seems to be suffering from chaos created by people. One voice can reach the roof tops, while an entire nation of voices can reach the heavens. An arrogance about myself would like to think I knew of the poor choices I was making nutritionally prior to a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. The truth is, I thought I was doing good enough. Food is whole foods grown from the earths soil. Even fruit from trees is grounded from its mighty roots. Food "IS", the pill everyone wants to take to get better; I am just not sure they know it. I had no idea how to actually cook food or even prepare it until I taught myself at the age of thirty-eight. Herbs, bitters, soil rich vegetables grown under the mineral rich earth are healing. I was sick for twenty years and it takes a full seven for the human body to replace the old version with new cells. My healing happened shockingly quick, but my seven years are not up yet. This means that disease still resides in this almost forty-one year old body. Do I reach for the processed sugar that I know crystalizes in the veins and arteries cutting them like tiny ninja knives driving up cholesterol to come patch up my mistakes? Or rather, should I grab the nutrient dense healing smoothie sweetened with the loving energy from bees. The battle of choice is real in today's overly eager market of consumerism. Should I reach for the chemical castration pills that regulate hormones? Heck they are now free at most Planned Parenthoods or passed out for a donation of what you can afford. Or rather, should I take the wild yam and chaste berries for the year it takes to correct the imbalance. Nature has a plan and a "cure", if we allow it to unfold over the time it takes to repair the system it seems was effortlessly damaged.
No matter what choices we make today, nature always wins. I have yet to see a single man or group of men even stop a hurricane. I have yet to see a man freeze a fifty foot wave in mid air to save a village. I have yet to see a man stop the power of the wind from sucking up everything in its path. I have yet to see a man stop the cracking of the earth burying anything in its opened wound. We can either eb and flow with the way nature intended us or we can continue to eat the fake foods cooked in the fake box in front of the fake enactment screens. Disease is fed period. Wilson was a volleyball stranded on an island with a man that loved him. I don't know about you, but I want to be more like Wilson, loved surrounded by nature.
Just breath, it heals or even hold your breath for a while that also heals you. We were made in the image of God's light, so shine bright like he intended for you. Be so bright, you have to compete with the sun. Be so warm, all of nature approaches you for the heat. Be the positive words someone needs to get to tomorrow. The young are dying now and they need more than their mothers to help guide them. Instead of walking away from the mistakes of others, be the helping hand their brain needs to activate neuroplasticity to change. Change is possible and so is healing, I am the proof!
